Bridgestone Tyres advert - A dog's life

We like ads that use animals to depict the plus points of a car manufacturers product. Or in this case, a car-related product – grippy tyres.

Countless yanky Superbowl ads involving tried and tested animal avoidance techniques, expertly enacted when shod in Bridgestone rubber wear, including body-swerving squirrels, deers and ageing stain-faced rocker Alice Cooper.

But what could possibly stand as the finest hour in canine-related-automotive-shenanigans is a 60 second ad that might raise awkward questions without resorting to smirks, nudges and insistence that “No darling, Charlie doesn't engage in that sort of behaviour with Milly at number 7".
