The Seat Toledo is a jumbo-size family hatchback capable of seating five.
It was sold between 2005 and 2008 in hatchback form, replacing the older saloon version.
Essentially a Seat Altea with an extended rear end to increase boot space, Seat Toledo prices started from £13,000 and rose to £19,000 as new, for range-topping versions.
Earlier versions came with the option of petrol or diesel engines but later versions but the petrol options were cut from the range shortly after launch.

The 1.6-litre petrol engine is underpowered but the 2.0-litre petrol unit has much more to it. Both diesels are capable and the new Altea FR develops 170bhp up to 7000rpm. The 2.0-litre TDI offers the best blend of power and economy.
