The Chrysler Grand Voyager is due to launch in 2008 with an all-new exterior and interior design plus an updated range of petrol and diesel engines.

More than thirty new features aim to make the new 2008 seven-seat model a ‘family room on wheels’. New features include heated first and second row seats; rear-view interior conversation mirror; a removable torch in the rear quarter panel; electric windows in the power sliding second-row doors and movable LED reading lamps.

The Grand Voyager will feature three new petrol engines and a new six-speed gearbox.

They will retain the Grand Voyager name and will also be available with a 2.8-litre diesel engine.

The 3.3-litre V6 engine will run on clean E85 fuel, which is a mixture of 85% bio-ethanol and 15% petrol.

Peter Lambert added: “The Grand Voyager has always been a big seller in the UK and the new model has all the right ingredients to make the Grand Voyager the most comfortable family car ever."
