Volkswagen has been named Fleet Van Manufacturer of the Year at the Fleet Van Awards 2010.
Judges said that Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles offers ‘the best brand value for UK fleets’, while the new Transporter also won the Medium Panel Van of the Year Award.

The Volkswagen Caddy and Crafter vans were also finalists in the Small Van of the Year and Large Panel Van of the Year categories.
"Engineering, image, residual values, competitive running costs, new, more economical engines and a brand revitalised under MD Simon Elliott – it’s all translated into significant sales growth this year," added the judges.
Elliott, Director of VW Commercial Vehicles, said the award was a 'great honour' that 'recognised the quality and cost effectiveness' of VW vans.
The VW Transporter won the Medium Panel Van of the Year award because of its strong residual values, efficient range of engines and improved build quality, said judges.
