Vauxhall is targeting company car drivers with a new Tech Line specification on the new Zafira Tourer MPV, with prices starting from £19,785 on-the-road.
The hi-tech and versatile Zafira Tourer currently sells alongside the older, smaller, cheaper Zafira MPV - still a big seller for Vauxhall in the segment - and should appeal to business drivers thanks to more equipment and a low BIK (Benefit-in-kind) tax rate with to a frugal diesel engine.

The Tech Line trim, which is currently available with Vauxhall's Astra and Insignia models, comes with a choice of four engines: 1.4-litre and 1.8-litre petrol, both with 138bhp, and a 2.0-litre diesel ecoFLEX, which is available with both 128bhp and 163bhp power variants.
The most eye-catching engine in the line-up is the 128bhp 2.0-litre ecoFLEX diesel which emits the lowest with 119g/km and returns a combined fuel consumption of 62.8mpg, thanks to stop and start technology which turns the engine off and saves fuel when idling.
This 2.0-litre ecoFLEX engine is matched with a six-speed manual transmission and prices start from £21,725.
In terms of company car tax tax, the 2.0-litre ecoFLEX Zafira Tourer has a BIK taxation rate of 17 per cent for 2012/2013; however, this percentage will be bumped up to 18 per cent in the 2013/2014 year. This is considerably lower than competitors like the Seat Alhambra, which has a Bik tax rate of 23 per cent.
Added equipment of the Tech Line trim includes satellite navigation, 17-inch alloy wheels, silver roof rails and front and rear parking sensors.
Prices for the Vauxhall Zafira Tourer Tech Line range from £19,785 to £23,395.
