A five-door version of the upcoming Seat Mii has been revealed for the first time ahead of its public debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show this March.
The new city car shares the same platform as the Volkswagen Up! and the Skoda Citigo, which are both also available in three and five-door form. The cars represent the Volkswagen Group’s new assault on the city car sector – the Up! replaced the Volkswagen Fox.

The Seat Mii is the same length regardless of body style and boot space remains unchanged as well. This means you get 251 litres of loading space in the back, increased to 951 litres when the rear seats are folded.
Engine options for the five-door Mii also replicates those found with the three-door model and include two 1.0-litre three cylinder petrol engines which produce 61bhp or 76bhp.
In Ecomotive specification and with the 61bhp unit, the Mii has a combined fuel economy of 69mpg and CO2 emissions are at just 96g/km.
There will be four specifications of the Mii in total, starting with S and followed by SE, Ecomotive and Sport.
The Seat Mii in three and five-door format will go on sale in the UK during June 2012. Pricing for the city car has yet to be confirmed but it is widely reported to start from £7,500.
