Powered by a 121bhp 1.4-litre TSI petrol engine, the BlueMotion Technology Eos coupe-cabriolet is fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox, and develops 147lb-ft of torque.
The Eos BlueMotion Technology models accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 10.9 seconds and go on to a top speed of 121 mph.
BlueMotion Technology features include regenerative braking, start/stop and hill hold systems with a visual gear change recommendation as standard.
Fuel-saving tech means combined fuel economy of 45.6 mpg and CO2 emissions of 144 g/km - placing the Eos in VED band F.
ESP, twin front and side impact airbags, Climatic air conditioning, fog lights, electric windows, electric heated and adjustable wing mirrors, radio/CD player, 16-inch alloy wheels, lockable load through provision and folding hard-top with sunroof are all fitted standard on S trim models.
For a premium of £1,100, the SE BlueMotion Technology adds 17-inch alloy wheels, a leather steering wheel and front sports seats, parking sensors, automatic headlights and dusk and rain sensors.
