Abbey Road Studios has previously played host to The Beatles, John Williams and the London Symphony Orchestra, and Pink Floyd.
And now the famous recording studio has seen a Maserati V8 engine pass through its doors. A unique piece of music has been created at the studio using the engine which will accompany the new Maserati Quattroporte when it's released next year.

The piece is based on seven sounds taken from the car's new twin-turbo 3.8-litre V8 engine, which was created in partnership with Ferrari for the new super saloon.
The engine was used alongside a number of instruments to create the piece, which will be aired in seven major cities alongside the launch of the car when it enters the market during the first half of 2013.
The new Quattroporte gets its public debut in January at the Detroit show and features an incredible sound system co-developed by American company Harman and UK speaker specialists Bowers & Wilkins - the first car ever to feature sound systems by both companies.
It's also only the second car after the Ferrari FF to feature Harman's Quantum Logic amplifier technology. The manufacturer boasts that listeners will be able to 'place' themselves on stage with the band they're listening to, such is its immense clarity and quality.
The Maserati Quattroporte includes 15 Bowers & Wilkins speakers throughout the car's interior. They can be found on the car's dash top, in the doors and on the rear parcel shelf.
The sports saloon's V8 isn't just there for its musical talent. It'll help the car reach an incredible top speed of 191mph, making it one of the fastest four-doors on the planet. It'll also come with Wi-Fi WLAN hotspot technology, Clever Key, an 8.4-inch Touch Screen display and more.
