Premium German manufacturer Audi has revealed a host of new special edition models for the A6 Saloon, A6 Avant and A7 Sportback, all called the Black Edition.
The range-topping The Black Edition models are open for UK orders now, with first deliveries expected to arrive during early 2013.

The changes applied to the Black Edition Audis are subtle however and would likely require close comparison to notice the differences, particularly from the outside.
Across all three Audis, changes to the exterior include a black finish for the front grille, the numberplate surround and window frame strips. The Audi Black Edition models also sport tinted rear windows and the A6 Avant also now receives black roof rails.
All Black Edition Audis also have unique titanium rotor design alloy wheels, which measure at 20" on A6 models or 21" on the A7 Sportback.
Looking inside the Black Edition models, each cabin now features piano black inlays and black leather sport seats as standard.
The equipment list on the Black Edition range features the same kit found on the range-topping S Line models. On top of this though the special edition Audis also receive a DAB radio, a BOSE surround sound stereo and an iPod input all as standard.
For the Audi A6 Saloon and Avant estate the Black Editions can be fitted with any engine across the standard range, with the exception of the 414bhp 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 engine found on the S6 models.
It's a similar story with the Audi A7 Sportback Black Edition, which can be chosen with any engine across the standard range, not including the S7 which also uses the 414bhp V8 unit.
Prices for the more uniquely styled Black Edition Audis start from £35,010 for the A6 Saloon, £36,970 for the A6 Avant and £50,575 for the A7 Sportback.
