Peugeot has updated its RCZ coupe for 2013 - and promises a powerful new 'R' version will wow UK customers later next year.
The Peugeot RCZ, most recognisable for its 'double-bubble' roof and the fact it is the first Peugeot to do away with the traditional number name policy, gets an entirely new front end and some new alloy wheels in its refresh as well as a dash of colour options.

All of this will cost £21,595 for entry-level models as Peugeot targets the more affordable end of the 2+2 (referring to the seat layout) coupe market.
However, the most exciting news to come out of the Lion-branded car maker is the introduction of a 260bhp Peugeot RCZ R, which will add a performance car to the range for the first time.
It will be less powerful than the fearsome 335bhp Audi TT RS but is also expected to undercut its premium rival in price, falling well below the £43,000 price tag of its rival.
The Peugeot model will be based on the matt black, 1.6-litre turbocharged concept first revealed at Paris in September.
Featuring sportier suspension, tyres that will give extra grip and sharper handling, the car is expected to get lashings of sporty equipment including body kit and a sports steering wheel.
Before the arrival of the 'hot' RCZ in 2013, a more modest update to the standard four-seat coupe will go on sale in the UK.
The most distinctive change comes at the front, where the previous, bulky front end is gone to be replaced by a smaller grille and a sleeker overall design.
Available in Sport or GT trim, the main changes come with the latter where 19-inch alloy wheels are new, along with sports steering wheel and gear lever and matt black roof arches as an option.
The Peugeot RCZ is the affordable coupe to Audi's upmarket TT but prices have risen slightly. It will now cost £21,595, nearly £400 more than 2012 RCZ models, for the Sport version and £24,000 for the top-spec GT model.
The new-look Peugeot RCZ will go on sale in January 2013 and the RCZ R will follow later in the year.
